Founded in 2011, Pixowl is a mobile game company headquartered in San Francisco, with development studios in Buenos Aires. Its team of dynamic innovators strives to build games for iOS and Android blending exciting gameplay, comic book art and character-driven storylines.
Pixowl is currently expanding its team in Buenos Aires and looking to work with the best people to develop the best games!
We are looking for a Customer Support Agent, including but not limited to:
responding to customer inquiries; Escalating and Following Up on Specific Issues or Problems; Acknowledging evaluating and compiling customer feedback.
RESPONSIBILITIES & MAJOR DUTIES
Responsible for handling Customer Service inquiries.
Use, maintain, and build knowledge base as a tool for customer support and self-service for customers.
Report to Lead any unknown or new issues.
Use all available resources to ensure that approved information is easily available to the consumer via the customer service department.
Evaluate incoming inquiries for common trends, escalate and report customer feedback for games on an ongoing basis.
Ensure communication to customers is professional, appropriate and timely.
Comply with the team`s actions and requirements
REQUIREMENTS & MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High-Speed Reliable internet connection & iOS Device (MUST HAVE)
1-3 years experience in a Customer Service environment, preferably with console, mobile and PC games.
Willing to work Free Lance and present an invoice for payment (MUST HAVE)
MS Office knowledge required.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required.
Advanced Level of English
A proactive, organized customer oriented person who can work independently to on given tasks schedules and manage deadlines.
Problem Solving and Multitasking Skills
Can handle a high volume of inquiries with a professional and patient tone
Team player with a can-do attitude that thrives on collaboration and contribution.
Goal and Customer Oriented Attitude
Customer Support Tools handling is a Plus
Fast learning skills
Availability to work 4 hours shifts in Argentina Standard Time and willing to work on weekends and holidays with weekdays day off.
