We're leveraging our existing success mobile franchise The Sandbox (40 million installs) and its existing community of over 1 million creators, to make them massively adopt the blockchain and enjoy the benefits of using cryptocurrency in gaming.

We believe in empowering Players and Creators, providing an easy way to create the content in the games they play while monetizing their skills and time.

We are looking for an experienced digital specialist who will be managing all aspects of our digital marketing strategy including online advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, SEO services and analytics. The ideal candidate has a passion for gaming, has some experience with marketing blockchain technologies and is a google certified professional.

Responsibilities
● Develop and execute customer-focused and data-driven marketing campaigns across paid, earned and owned channels, including search, display, social, video, sponsored content, affiliate, and others
● Build and deploy grassroots marketing programs to drive creators and players to our service
● Work with Community Management and Creator Relations to create and manage global events to drive new audience and increase engagement across the platform
● Drive and optimize our SEO strategy to reach the most relevant audience at the best time to grow our audience
● Analyze the performance of all marketing programs (including ad spend) to identify the best opportunities for optimization, and regularly iterate to maximize performance
● Work with the finance team to plan and maintain marketing & advertising budget that prioritizes low-spend/high-impact campaigns

Requirements:
● 3+ years of full-stack marketing, experience with business to consumer marketing, ideally in gaming and/or technology products, and strong consumer brand sensibilities
● Google Analytics certified, proficient with Google Tag Management, experience implementing GA e-commerce analytics, familiarity with the Facebook Business platform (Facebook, Instagram ads, Facebook Pixel and analytics)
● Experience in the Blockchain space, in Cryptocurrency and Decentralized Apps (dApps) built upon Ethereum is a plus
● Experience launching new AAA games or marketplace platforms to the public
● Track record of building brand engagement and generating business growth
● History of launching successful campaigns using components of guerrilla, grassroots, viral marketing and remarketing advertising
● Experience building reporting dashboards and synthesizing complex data points and KPIs to generate easy to understand executive reports
● Excellent spoken and written communication skills, to deliver complex information clearly and through marketing material
